Both big endian and little endian are defined for SH.
Experimental -- SH tunings have not been validated.
The TUNE_ARCH is defined as ${TUNE_ARCH_tune-${DEFAULTTUNE}}.
The TUNE_PKGARCH is defind as ${TUNE_PKGARCH_tune-${DEFAULTTUNE}}.
