MSM DBM (Device Bus Manager)

Required properties :
- compatible : must be one of "qcom,usb-dbm-1p4", or "qcom,usb-dbm-1p5"
- reg : offset and length of the register set in the memory map.

Optional properties :
- qcom,reset-ep-after-lpm-resume: If present, dbm requires ep reset after
	going to lpm
