This module enables embedded data calls using IPA v3 HW.

Required properties:
- compatible:		Must be "qcom,rmnet-ipa3"

Optional:
- qcom,rmnet-ipa-ssr: determine if modem SSR is supported
- qcom,ipa-loaduC: indicate that ipa uC should be loaded
