Shows the restart level of a subsystem. The level is taken into

account when the subsystem is restarted via

subsystem_restart{_dev}(). Current supported states are:

SYSTEM - reset the entire system
|
||
|
RELATED - reset this subsystem and the other subsystems
|
||
|
related to this one. Having no other
|
||
|
subsystems related to this subsystem is valid.
