Der Film stellt anschaulich die Welt der Hacker dar und zeigt, was auf dem CCC-Congress und dem Chaos Communication Camp zu erleben ist. Die Dokumentation hebt besonders das Mindset der Menschen und den Umgang miteinander hervor.
